These terms govern your use of xiaoquiz (the "Service") at xiaoquiz.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and verify your email address to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. When you register you create an organization and become its owner.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, or to host content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Abuse other users, impersonate others, or submit malicious or misleading content.
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or other technical protections.

Your content

You retain ownership of the quizzes and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and run in front of players.

Plans and availability

The Service is offered on tiered plans. We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
