Questions
What counts as a player?
A player is anyone who joins your live game from their phone with the PIN. Your limit is how many can be connected to a single game at the same time — not a monthly total.
What happens when a game hits its player limit?
New players see a friendly “this room is full” screen, and everyone already in keeps playing. Move up a tier for a bigger room.
When does a pass apply?
A pass becomes a scheduled event (up to two weeks) that you pick the dates for. The bigger player limit applies while that event is live; outside it your quizzes still run at the Free 50-player limit.
Can I use it for commercial events?
Yes — on every plan, Free included. Plenty of quiz tools charge extra for that; we don't.
How do VAT and payments work?
Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Any applicable VAT is shown before you pay, and payments are handled securely by Stripe.
